Goals for 2003 – 2004

These are the goals District 25-C is striving to achieve this year – your help will be greatly appreciated. Together, we can do it.

Goal 1 – To have 75% of the clubs attend each zone and district meeting and

participate in one zone project

Goal 2 – To increase membership by 200 by chartering new clubs, gaining

members in existing clubs, and keeping members through

retention

Goal 3 – To charter 3 new Leo clubs and to have each club participate in at

least one youth project

Club Excellence Award

A Banner Patch will be awarded to every club meeting these requirements:

1. MMRs, Activity Reports, and PU101 submitted on time

2. Dues and International bills paid on time

3. Club represented by at least 2 members at each zone and

district meeting

4. Participated in a zone project

5. Sponsored a youth project

6. Net increase in membership
