Governor’s Visitation Request Form

Attention Club Presidents,

I am very much looking forward to visiting your club this year – both for an Official Visit and any other time you would like me to come. I realize some clubs have specific times that are traditionally the “Governor’s Official Visit,” and some clubs have certain events that they want the governor to attend. It is my hope that I am able to fulfill any of your requests. Also, I know clubs have particular interests in certain topics – I would like to speak about topics that are of interest to your particular club. Scheduling will be done on a first come, first served basis – so please schedule early, especially if you want a specific date – I really want to honor each club’s requests to the best of my ability. Finally, if you have any specific thing you would like me to do for your club at my visit, please let me know so I will be sure to have any necessary materials with me (you can let me know about this anytime before the visit.) Your club is very important to me, and I truly want to help your club in any way I can.
